To open an account with Kadmos, you don't need to go to a branch. Got your smartphone?
Then you’re ready to go! Here’s how:
Get an invitation from your employer

To start, you will receive an invite link from your employer via email. Follow the prompts on the screen to complete the first step.
Get the Kadmos Mobile App

Go to your app store (Apple Store, Google Play, App Gallery), look up Kadmos and download the app.
Activate your account

Use the code found in your invitation email to activate your new account.
Verify your identity

Now it’s time to verify your identity by uploading an image of your identity document (national ID card or passport), and a selfie. This can be done easily right from your smartphone, with on screen prompts to guide you every step of the way.

Once you activate the debit card, you can always find your PIN in your Kadmos Mobile App. Tap on the card icon on the menu, then “Settings”, and “See card PIN”. Enter the verification code sent to your mobile number, then tap “Show PIN”.
Tap on the card icon in-app, select “Block Card”, and confirm. You can instantly unblock it on the same screen.
If an ATM asks if you would like to complete the transaction “with conversion” or “without conversion”, we recommend always choosing “without conversion”. Overall, we highly recommend opting to be charged in the local currency of the country you’re in.

ATM Withdrawal Limits:
- Max. 3 withdrawals per 24-hour period.
Example: If you withdraw once at 9 am, you can only withdraw two more times until 9 am the next day. Then the count resets.
- 6,000 (USD/EUR/GBP) maximum per 24-hour period.
- 2,000 (USD/EUR/GBP) maximum per withdrawal with a 3-hour time window between each withdrawal (= 3 hours between transactions).
Please remember that ATMs could have their own limits and might charge additional fees. In addition, some ATMs have lower withdrawal limits, so if you want to maximize your cash withdrawals per day, we suggest finding ATMs with higher withdrawal limits.
Example: An ATM has a limit of 200 USD/EUR/GBP, which means that - with our current daily limits - you could only withdraw 600 USD/EUR/GBP from that ATM in a 24-hour period. Another ATM has a limit of 1000 USD/EUR/GBP, meaning that you could withdraw 3000 USD/EUR/GBP from that ATM in a 24-hour period.
